Late Drop Off

• Clients who arrive 15 minutes late for their appointment time may need to reschedule (groomer discretion) 

• To the best of our ability, we will try to ensure all dogs throughout the day are done in a timely manner (Small dogs 2-3 hours, Large dogs 3-4 hours)

Late Pick Up

​

• If dogs are not picked up after one hour of their completion phone call, or if the dogs are not picked up before our closing time, there will be an additional $40 daycare fee.

• If your dog will be picked after closing hours there will be a charge of $15 every 15 mins

• The exception to this is the last appointment of the day carries over past the closing time. As we are still grooming your dog, there will be no charge.

Cancellation Policy

​

• We require a 48 hour notice to cancel all appointments. 

• No call and no shows will be viewed as a cancellation. This will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Repeat cancellations and no call, no shows will require payment of the full grooming service in advance when scheduling your next appointment.
